Hi, I’m McKenzie! I’m a romantic, nature lover, and seeker of beauty. I photograph with the belief that your story is already beautiful.
I live on the gulf coast with my best friend and husband, Benjamin, and our adorable gang of hodgepodge pets (three rescue dogs and one tuxedo kitty). I’m a deep feeler and a big laugher. My friends would tell you I’m encouraging, excitable, and have an outfit for every occasion (big shopper, let me know if you need to borrow anything).
When I’m not behind the lens, I’m probably spending time with my loved ones or indulging in my hobbies! Currently I’m loving reading, exercising (yes i’m one of those! my peloton and izzy samuals pilates is my favorite), experimenting with water colors, nature walks, thrifting, and watching Lord of the rings. I’m also actively trying to avoid social media but that’s a hard one and a total work in progress!
My faith anchors everything I do. The original Artist inspires me daily to see people, love them honestly, and capture them as they are: radiant, worthy, enough.
