WHAT IF WE NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE OUR WEDDING?
If you’ve already put a deposit down on a date and then have to move/cancel, the deposit is non-refundable and for weddings/elopements a new deposit will have to be made in order to hold your new date. Under certain circumstances exemptions may be made and weddings will be allowed a date change. We want the best for all of our clients and will attempt to find the best solution! However we do allow 1 reschedule date for local/travel sessions. We don’t do this to get more money of out you, but only because this is our profession and how we pay the bills, meaning we count on these dates to be our income for that time.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU CANT MAKE IT TO OUR WEDDING?
Thankfully we are a husband wife duo so if something crazy happens there are two of us! Now if anything insane/out of our control keeps us both from being unable to make it to your wedding we will go out of way to get a replacement photographer we trust to do an amazing job to shoot in our place! If we cannot find a replacement and can not attend you will not be charged the remaining amount and your wedding will be fully refundable.
WHAT IF WE NEED TO RESCHEDULE OUR SHOOT DUE TO WEATHER?
We can reschedule if weather is really that awful, but we are not afraid of some rain/storms. They can make for the most amazing, adventurous photos! And wind? DUDE.. wind is what we live for! We will reschedule shoots if our camera gear will be at risk, as well as we want you to feel excited and comfortable for the shoot! We will make the decision together whether we need to reschedule or not.
HOW DO WE PICK A LOCATION/ DO YOU HAVE PLACES YOU TYPICALLY SHOOT AT?
We LOVE finding unique spots that fit your dream shoot! We don't limit ourselves to just a few spots cause that's boring! So first question we ask, in reference to location, is what vibe are you going for/what is your dream vision for your photos? If you want a big open field, mountains, water, or a pool full of glitter? We will do our best to make it happen!
HOW MANY IMAGES ARE INCLUDED?
For weddings as a minimum, we deliver at least 500 photos. Elopements we deliver at least 250 photos depending on hourly coverage. We don’t limit the number on how many you will receive, but we don’t leave any moments out. Every wedding is different and varies from the last and numbers are always changing. If you are curious to see some full wedding galleries, please feel free to ask! We are happy to send over one so you can get an idea of what we deliver.
DO YOU GIVE RAWS?
No. We do not. Editing is half the process/magic that goes into the photos and without that huge step the images are only halfway done. We promise to never leave any moments out that you’ll want/need, and if you feel we missed delivering a photo, just ask! We more than happy to check back through our images and send it over for you. We wont let you miss out on any memories!
HOW DO PAYMENT SCHEDULES WORK?
We require a deposit at the time of booking to hold your date and the remaining due before or the day of your wedding/shoot. The deposit is 50% for all session types. Travel fees will be paid in advance when we begin booking flights, hotel, transportation, etc.
WHAT DO WE WEAR FOR PHOTOS?
We provide all of our bookings with a style guide. We will be sure to send it over during the booking process for you to look over!
Travel FAQ
CAN WE BOOK YOUR FLIGHTS?
No, due to unique circumstances we will book all of our own flights.
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOUR FLIGHT IS DELAYED?
We always leave with at least one full day of travel before stateside (US) shoots and two full days of travel before international shoots. This way if there are any delays, we will still be able to make it in time for your booking.
CAN WE BOOK YOUR STAY?
Yes of course! We are more than happy to let you book our stay. We almost always travel in pairs so as long as it is a safe, clean environment that accommodates two.
CAN WE PICK YOU UP AND DROP YOU OFF AT THE AIRPORT?
Absolutely! Thats totally fine as long as we don’t have other plans surrounding the trip.
HOW DO WE PAY FOR TRAVEL FEES?
We will send a digital invoice including all the details/pricing for the travel fees. Once the invoice is paid we will begin booking all the listed items for travel.
WHAT IF YOU’VE NEVER BEEN TO A LOCATION BEFORE?
We will scout out epic locations beforehand as well as contacting photographers local to the area to get more insight!
